AMALGAM SEPARATION

Drake Engineering is an expert in Amalgam Separation compliance, from ISO standards & equipment selection of both filteration and sedimentation separators, piping design and installation. We make sure you stay compliant with ASSE certified installers. We are versed in both state and federal regulatory filing compliance. We can help you navigate the complex world of amalgam compliance. We offer site verification, equipment selection, compliance paperwork filing to keep your practice up and running.

MEDICAL GAS DESIGN

Drake Engineering has experience in air lines, vacuum line and nitrous oxide lines where NFPA 99 Health Care Facilities Code is involved. This includes design of robust systems, verification of ASSE certified installers and testing of dental vacuum systems, compressed instrument air, and nitrous oxide & oxygen piping systems.

FACILITY DESIGN

Drake Engineering has experience with floor plan design, electrical systems, plumbing systems, mechanical systems and lighting design. Robert is a licensed professional engineer and can provide professional design services in Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Kentucky and Ohio.

Full Amalgam Separation Compliance Filing

$2500

Includes Liberty Boss Separator, site visit, separator installation design, separation selection, compliance preparation & filing. Does not include installation. Drake Engineering will coordinate with an ASSE certified plumber for installation.

Partial Amalgam Separation Compliance Filing

$150/hr

This is an as needed service paid based on time incurred. Includes any part of: site visit, separator installation design, separation selection, compliance preparation & filing. You will need to buy separator and pay ASSE certified plumber installation costs. 

Any Other Engineering Consulting or Design Services:

$150/hr

This is an as needed service for any design. I can also review or audit existing designs to ensure satisfactory performance and results based on sound engineering principles and practices.
